Weddings by Whitney Roberts is a boutique wedding planning firm offering partial-planning services, event day management and event consultations. Our team is headquartered in North Carolina, Maryland, D.C and Virginia, but also willing to travel beyond.

There are no weddings we consider too big, too small, too “traditional” or too complicated. Instead, we specialize in focusing on the specific and unique details that make each wedding day extraordinary. Our #1 goal is to ensure your wedding day is the one you’ve always dreamed of.

Partial Planning

Select this package if you have started the planning process, but need an expert team to get you across the finish line. This package offers the consulting, expertise and finesse to make sure no details are overlooked.

Event Day Management

Select this package if you have everything planned, but need help finalizing the details and managing the month-of action items. An expert from our team will be onsite to ensure everything goes as planned.

Event Consultation

Select this package if you aren’t quite sure where to start. A member of our team will meet with you to asses your needs and get you started. From there we can decide if any of our packages are the right fit for you.

Hello! I’m glad you’re here.

I am based in Raleigh, N.C with a small but mighty team behind me in Maryland, DC and Virginia. With over 10 years of combined event management experience, we design and execute wedding events by providing partial planning services, day of coordination services and event consultation services.

In a nutshell, along with my team, I am the wizard behind the curtain handling the schedules, corralling the vendors, and managing the unexpected so you can focus on your wedding day and your guests.
